Hit the Bottle on the Plane!

Cheers to a piece of news I found on the web. It's a little old but maybe some of us might still find it useful. Study shows that grapes contain Melatonin. Melatonin is the sleep hormone that tells the body when to go to sleep. Well.. now I can tell my mum not to worry about not being able to sleep during her flight. Just have a bottle of wine! To answer your question: You can get ground almonds in packages at aany better supermarket, but I usually have a grinder and do it myself...Sugar paste..uhh, you won't be able to find that. I am sure you can replace it with something else..?
And YES, wine gets you sooo sleepy :)

Thanks for answering. Prob can't find ground almonds in Rijeka. Had to buy them whole with skin on and so škupo! 100g for 12kn??! Sugarpaste...have to get from London then. Thank you darling!
