Rosemary chicken is good for you!

Bet you didn't know that Rosemary contains carnosic acid (CA) that protects the brain from stroke and neurodegeneration due to injurious chemical free radicals. Now that's good news as I love my Rosemary plant. Read this link to find out more about this research.

Here's a quick Rosemary Chicken recipe:
1 whole chicken
1 teaspoon rosemary, finely chopped
2 tablespoons soya sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon salt

1. Rub soya sauce all over the chicken. (Make sure the skin is dry before you do this.)
2. Sprinkle with salt, rosemary and black pepper. Roast until done (approximately 1 to 1 1/4 hours) at 200 degrees C.

Enjoy your Saturday afternoon with this easy dish! Stay healthy!
