Do you hate this?

I came across a post from a lady recently. She hated the sight of plastic bags getting caught in a tree. Me too! Hey if you don't need your plastic bag, just give it back to the lady at the cashier. Don't throw your bag on the streets! Leave the poor tree alone. It has suffered enough due to pollution. Please care for your environment.

Absolutely hate seeing these things, I saw a broom stuck high up in a tree once, how can some people be so inconsiderate?

I totally agree with you on this! And the sight of used diapers on the beach?!

I hate this too. The sad thing is in Malaysia this is very common. I don't think this happen in Singapore. True?

Ah in fact it is. Maybe it's the fact that SG government is stricter with this type of behaviour. We are not environmentally conscious unless there is a fine. Well you tell me which is better?

Looks like money can solve a lot problems. :D

Yes but it also creates more rubbish. Look at Japan. So much packaging for everything. It must start from the education of the mind instead of smacking a fine on everything.

Will education really help? We're now talking about the culture thing. Perhaps education alone not enough. Need something big and more to change. :)

One has to start from young. My mum grew up really hard and taught me not to waste anything. She is also very environmentally conscious. That's why I love nature like she does. I just hope every parent can teach the right values to their young.
