From Cups to Grammes

For those of you who have recipes in different metric.

Dry Ingredients:
1 cup = 125 g
30 g = 1 oz
500g = 1lb

Wet Ingredients:
1 cup = 250 ml
1 teaspoon (tsp) = 5 ml
1 tablespoon (tbsp) = 15ml
