Personally I reckon skipping your breakfast in the morning is the worst. Remember, the breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Your brains need the nourishment and your body will be thankful for the wonderful start of a day. Eating yoghurt or fruits is the best boost for morning. You will find that you'll feel fresher after your breakfast and no longer need to drag yourself around like it's the most awful time of the day. Take good care of yourself because it's your life!
