Internet promotes suicide?

Came across this article yesterday in my inbox. It has nothing to do with Food. But I thought it will be interesting to share with everyone of you who use the internet.

This article states the possibility of the influence of internet on one's suicidal behaviour. Apparently, sites that promote suicidal behaviour are easily reached on internet search engines. Pro-suicide sites even include detailed information about rate, probability, and estimated amount of pain associated with each method. Though there are also sites focusing on suicide prevention.

It is just so scary to know how easily information flows on the internet. I am not for regulation of internet. It is about the only place left in the world that promotes free speech. But with so much information and many to be morally wrong, how should we handle it?

Hello gorgeous. Oops.. I must have left out the link. I'll dig it out again. My apologies.

Well.. like you said. If we are looking for something on the internet, we can always find it. Good or bad. There's no point restricting usage or blocking sites. Moral education is more vital!
