Made this frozen chocolate dessert for my mates a couple of weeks ago. I made them really small only about 3cm in diameter. Orange and Chocolate cake was baked the previous night. Round discs were cut out. I've stacked only two layers for each treat. I didn't have any cream in the house, so I cheated and used a homemade chocolate pudding for the middle! Then I coated them with apricot Jam. And then with a chocolate ganache. I have kept them in the freezer to set the pudding and the ganache. And I've got amazing results after that. It tasted like a little chocolate ice cream! Lovely after a big meal of čevapi! Here's the picture!
