I have a feeling that the people in the Meat Industry are hating the scientists (and me) for all these new studies and raising concerns over the consumption of Red Meat.

It's all right if most of us do not know about the possible effects of Red Meat consumption (or over-consumption) but what infuriates me is the media joined the Industry in chorus to sing the praises of the many benefits of eating Red Meat. We are only consumers and most of us are not as well informed about the nutritional effects of the food we eat. That's why the media serves to inform. However, this is not always true. You will never catch a commercial telling you the harmful effects of eating too much Red Meat (unless it's a government campaign of some sort). That is why we should be more careful about trusting what we see and hear.

Make the right Food choices. And as some of you might already know, you might not see the effects on your health right now. But it might be too late when you discover them! Eat healthy and live a great life!
